To all married and working couples out there, how do you folks manage 8hours of work as well as cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner?
Do you guys survive on outside food or have a maid for cooking?

On Sunday night, wife and I create a menu for the whole week that we follow 90% of the time. We don't want to use our braincells each day to decide what to cook.
I bring the veggies from supermarket, twice a week , we sometimes order veggies from blinkit.
We have kept a cook. Previous 2 were not good so we removed them. This one is good.
During Friday/Sunday, due to less work, we cook food by our own, for fun, I like cooking chicken/fish

We wake up by 6(both of us). Husband prepares the lunch and snacks. Wife prepares the breakfast(includes tea as well) and cleaning the house. Takes 1.5 hours for both of us. Husband/wife takes charge of bathing/feeding/dressing our child alternatively.
Evening snack is heavy, and we sleep by 11,
During weekend, we leisurely cook. Seldom, we go out.

We cook once in the morning for the whole day. For dinner we heat the food. We mostly have boiled food so even if we have to cook for dinner, it’s sorted.
Once you get in the habit of cooking it gets easier.
