Till when hiring will be freezed
I appeared for job interview at HDFC bank Moti Nagar Branch New Delhi for back end operations loans disbursement on 18 April 2024, after a week I got a call from person who took my interview that you have been selected and a link has been shared to your mail kindly upload your document. I have uploaded but now till date I haven’t received offer letter and joining date and HR continuously saying that HDFC has freezes their hiring PAN India. It’s been more than 2 months, does anyone know what the situation is ?

I think now we should move towards some legalities related to the issue if possible, for wasting time giving false hope. HR should follow there work ethics and maintain dignity with candidates.
