Those of you who have achieved a 50% salary hike, how did you do it?
PS: I took a pay cut for better learning in my current role and now I want to get a better payout in my next role.
Needed to learn a lot for months.
Compromised on social life.
Switched to a product based company from a service based with more than 200% hike.
Still No social life.
Continued to grow in careers, got promoted.
Still no social life.
Feel depressed.
I'm sure others will have better stories
