I see the way you watch them at night, exhausted from chasing a dream that isn't paying yet, knowing damn well they won't sleep because failure isn't an option. I see you sitting across from them at dinner, trying to stretch a conversation past their stress, past the rejections, past the "no responses".. past the exhaustion of being brave.

I see the nodding, the reassuring, the tiny sacrifices The date nights you cancel The small luxuries you put back on the shelf The "It's okay, we'll figure it out" that comes out of your mouth even when it's not okay.

And I need you to know this: You are not invisible You are not just "the supportive partner" You are not just "the one holding things together" You are not just "the stability in the chaos" You are the difference between someone giving up and someone changing the world

And when that breakthrough comes, when the product scales, when the job offer lands, when the dream that kept them awake finally wakes the world instead - your fingerprints will be on every part of it No one will write headlines about you No one will give you equity in the company No one will put your name on the job offer
