Thinking of leaving the job with any offer in the hand

I have been working in a company for the past 3 years. The company is not growing and there is nothing much to learn. I have been searching for a job for a month. I have got some rounds and but couldn't crack them. Now I am thinking of resigning from the job. I am also ok with sitting idle for some time. Is it the right decision? TIA

Don't do it just stay there.
I will say again stay there, there is nothing as such learning and growth at the end you should get the salary that's.
I would say again don't quit

Don’t do something that you’ll regret. Having a job is a leverage.

Use the leverage to get a better job.

If you don’t have leverage then you don’t have a right to negotiate

Bad market to stay idle. Reduce scope of you are feeling burned. Take up a hobby outside work

Trust me, dont quit!!!!! I've been laid off without severance and this is the worst market to find a job. I found the role after a long struggle and before I got to breathe into it, I'm on the roads again. Wouldn't even wish this on the worst enemy.

Yeah as others are mentioning, hold fort while interviewing with other firms. Enrol in an upskilling course, that will also help alleviate the nerves. Keep calm, something will turn around, internally or externally. Market is quite hard right now.

Should I resign then search for jobs?

I have been trying hard to switch but not getting any calls for an interview. I am suspecting now that maybe this 3 month notice period is slowing down the process.
