Most important reason is the culture here is very toxic and micromanagement is very high

If you were able to survive till now bare for 2-3 months more Get an offer and then leave It better to have some income rather than being unemployed

I was in same situation in my last job. Kept my head down, got an offer and left

They have asked us to track actual hours spent on tasks and even if we spend 15 mins to discuss on a call we have to log that too. Apart from this unnecessary stress being created by management trying to control everything. Trying to get constant updates and disturbing everyone.
