Hi , I am currently working in core engineering team(electrical and instrumentation) and having experience of total 15 years which includes field experience and design engineering experience.
Now I want to switch my career from core to IT industry, I have great interest in coding and in past I have developed many excel VBA codes. I do not know any other programming languages.
Pls suggest how to start my job hunting and what CTC I should expect considering very limited skills.
