Hi people, I am a front end developer. I have 3 years of experience. I want to switch my role. I want to work for roles which do not require much coding related efforts. Now If I want to switch my job, i have to look for front end developers role only as I am experienced there. Please share your insights on how can I switch career path in IT industry.
