Ssometimes following the herdnia safer and better option. First mover is not advantageous all the time. Bug companies to small start up begin their ops at bangalore hyd, gurgaon .. hell even trivandrum for a reason. If jammu was good, companies bigger than you would have done it. When tye neighborhood is shitty, how long do you think it will take for the smell to reach your place?
