Relationship is mainly about adjustment and compatibility. All physical and emotional attractions that you have will die down once you live together sometime . There is no perfect couple . It’s all about adjusting. You need to find someone you will able to live with for a long time and that is secret to a successful relationship/ marriage.
Don't worry. I was exactly like you 2 years ago, that too living with parents.
Today I still live with my parents but I have found a long term partner. Both of us are planning to leave the country and live elsewhere.
Bottom line is don't lose hope and most of all don't let despair turn into self loathing and hate. Be brave, go on many first dates and never be afraid of rejection and embarassing yourself because when the right one comes along eventually it will all be worth it.
I would suggest looking for the right one rather than goofing around.

Searching a partner is a full time job and should be treated as such. Like the world doesnt owe you a job , similarly it doesnt owe you a partner. If you broke your introvertedness and worked on skills to get a job. You might have to get in the field with improved physique and dating skills and hunt for the perfect partner.
