Should I join PwC fulltime?
I have an offer from PWC with joining around July end. I have also gotten an offer from a startup in a role that I want. The pay at the startup is better and the role is also of my liking, but considering the market what should I do?

Go for the Startup and dunk on PWC. You just might end up making more frens at the startup than Pwc

it depend like are you going to join PWC india or PwC AC which is entity of PwC US

It'll most probably be PwC India, gurgaon office is most likely

Depends on how well funded the startup is. Growth and wlb is shit in big 4.

But doesn't it depend on the manager and/or the project?

I’ve heard from my friends they hire you for fancy roles and then you end up making ppts which never finish until midnight

I've been working for PwC AC since March last year. I've had a considerably better experience than my friends who work for other companies. WLB depends completely on your project. I've had WFH and haven't been called into the office even once. Still, the pay is average.

From PwC to Startup
I don't know that I take a good or bad decision to join a startup from PwC. But what I see is the work life balance. Shifting from home to Gurgaon it's bit challenging.
