Hi folks, what would be the salary of a director (in a business / growth) role at Unacademy and Meesho? Can someone share fixed, variable and stocks separately?

In the last stages with both these companies, so want to have an idea before I negotiate.

How much Tekion pays to a SDE 2?

I’m expecting an offer from Tekion soon for a SDE 2 role. Just wanted to get the range of their SDE 2.

Current TC: 14 (fixed) + 2 (performance) YOE: 2.8 (including 1 year internship)
