Salary Benchmarking – Senior Embedded Systems Developer | 4.2 YOE

Hi all, I’m looking to get some perspective on my current role and compensation. I'm working in the automotive domain for about 4+ years and I've decent exposure to major technologies being worked like LiDAR, AUTOSAR and Diagnostics. My skills include: C++, Python, Multithreading, RTOS, Device Drivers, IPC (Thrift, DBus, gRPC), Embedded Linux, Yocto, QNX, UDS, DevOps (Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI), AWS.

Given my experience and skillset, what kind of compensation should I realistically expect in Bangalore or other major tech hubs in India? Would really appreciate insights from folks in similar roles or hiring managers.
