Sabbatical - Temporary azadi?
Been 8 damn years of corporavery (Corporate Slavery), oh by the way, 1 year of career break and learnt real life skills equivalent to 5 years of growth in corporate.
So back to point - Sabbatical!
How easy or hard to be eligible for this? Am I entitled to attain this? Will there be a drawback gap in my Curriculum vitae?
I am craving for it and need to hear positive experiences of sabbatical journeys...

There are a few policies around paid/semi-paid sabbatical after X years of continuous service in an org 🥲. Sadly it does raise at least a question or two in the screening process.Doesn’t effect your hiring chances if you’re able to navigate. Sabbatical changes you as a person, sometimes that’s a good thing! Wish you the best!
