Struggling as a company, culture has gone to shit, and in the super competitive of D2C checkouts.

Laid off folks in Q1 23, forced exits, dry promotions, opaque culture are prevalent. Also heard rumours of an upcoming layoff.

It was good until 2022, went downhill after certain product and business leaders joined.
