PM: Which company gives the best work, salary and culture?
In India, particularly in Bengaluru.
Work here means problem they are solving. Salary includes ctc, perks and stocks. Culture here means work-life balance.

It's like cap theorem. As someone pointed out above i don't think you get all of them in a single job. You need to take a pick of some combination of them. Prior to layoffs people might have argued that some company gives it. Don't think it's possible now. Company with good WLB would have laid off some to save money and reduced it now

BharatX: Have seen good work, salary and culture. Just hire-fire rate is high

Intuit

Had heard good things about nurture.farm too, how’s it?

You have got to be kidding me. I had to flee that place and how. Eventually the shit show revealed to leadership, replaced a few of them and it’s back to being terrible. But they shower goodies that everyone gets lured to stay.

Seeing the comments, I'll revise the question a bit.
Even if two of the listed factors are good, would like to know the names of those companies.

I honestly don’t think a company like this exists given the scenario.
However, to be honest, I have heard InMobi has/had a good culture.

Groupon used to be that company!

Its a shithole now

Walmart- pay, and culture

Need a megathread for this tbh.
