Work life balance is non existent in most of the team, culture is not mature yet. 5 days WFO don't know of any good company having that right now.
Tech is good but cutting edge I doubt. We haven't explored Http 2 or Http 3 yet + not explored reactive programming and we have few provisioned db and have not explored some great options we need. Benefits are not at par with other companies. Intensive PIP is also dropped in culture from last 6 months.

Pros Scale is great in payments and bill pay. In other teams not much. Deep expertise in whatever tech being used. Pay is good

Think lately swiggy culture is similar or just a lil worse from what I heard so you would not have problem if you are fine with swiggy culture.
