Can someone from Ola help understand the internal policy on ESOPs offering? A friend is being offered a mid leadership role as a PM but with miniscule ESOPs (12L over 4 years 😅)

Culture in product tech teams.. people in Ofc for how many hours? Work life balance? How do leaders treat their teams? Expectations on weekends? Etc etc 😂 CTC I think around 65+. Does it differ for Ola vs Ola electric? Will ask and revert on this

Culture is really bad. Abusive, hire and fire. So be careful.
Most of the Indian startups don’t give good ESOPs. Although ESOPs offered in this case are low, do they do buybacks? Never heard about OLA buybacks.
Try to negotiate, but if you don’t have other offers then go for it

I am still thinking after how many years it will be valuable given the liquidity is very rare for ESOPs. Any thoughts?
