Have heard bad things about MMT's culture, nykaa would be a better choice
Bad things as in
Long work hours, hard to get leaves, uneven distribution of work.
Take this with a grain of salt, but I also heard first hand that ass kissing is required to move ahead. The people who show up for drinks and parties are favoured more, stuff like that
