In dillema please help.

Hello guys I recently joined nykaa and within first week they have assigned lot of issues to me. Without giving Time to onboard. And it's 5 days office. Now I got another offer from one startup phyllo. And it's complete remote and giving better package than nykaa. Should I consider leaving nykaa and join that? Here in nykaa we have to take permission from manager to take wfh also.

Should I consider company's stability also? Considering nykaa is listed company and phyllo is initial phase startup. Only series A funded and planning to go for series B

Also difference in package is not much only of 5-6 lakhs.

Company may be stable but no job in current market is stable. Check how's the culture at Phyllo and then make a decision. Jumping ships just because being offered a better salary is not a good enough argument considering that your current problem is wrt company culture

I checked with current employees from LinkedIn. They are saying culture is very good. Have lot of freedom. Permanent remote with unlimited leaves. Work pressure is high sometimes but that's okay for me if offering remote.

Go for startup there also you have to work but you will learn more. And startups don't do micro-manage
