I am currently working in a company where i have a 100% job security. But, i don't really like the work i do these days. My mentor got changed 2 yrs back, since then i am not getting any potential work item. She is constantly nitpicking me for every very small thing that actually doesn't matter at all. And she gives herself a shoutout establishments for every thing she do. I am trying to switch to a different company but i couldn't crack any company.
