My crazy team

In my team, I am the lowest grade consultant. My lead and partner have conflicting opinion on working style. I am a girl. I feel exploited and least grateful towards me. Is it tough for all the girls in consulting!? Don't we women have any career growth? I am discriminated a lot for being a girl. And my team members are mostly men. I was ridiculed by team members for not staying longer in some boring party wherein all they do is backbiting. I am feeling very low. Thinking to switch. But current job condition is pathetic. How to deal with it? Guys plz help me out and shoot your suggestions. P. S. : it is not at all fictional. Shoot good stuff only. No saucy suggestions please. Do not ignore this post.
