Need Suggestions

Hi guys, TCS Increment this year can Help employees to Buy Britannia Marie biscuits instead of Raja Marie. Hence I've decided to move on. I have an Offer from Accenture (Application Lead) with 40% hike and an Offer from Mindtree (Business Consultant) with 50% hike. Both are Without Variable Components. Please suggest which one to go for Thanks folks in Advance

Accenture is much better learning and career growth wise but know this that they haven't awarded any salary hikes in last 2 years. Regarding Mindtree you can check once. However, I would still advise to keep trying for other better opportunities until you exhaust you notice period.

Thanks mate for your valuable suggestion. Any Idea about Mindtree culture?

I think Mindtree is good too but Accenture beats it hands down. So I would advise to still go with accenture unless either Mindtree's compensation is way higher or you get a 3rd offer meanwhile.

@Carelesswhisper did you put paper and explore the opportunities? If no, how did you tackle the 90 days notice period. Please shed some advise as I am also looking for a change.

I haven't yet resigned. As I'm into the Business Side and not development, I have to manage my Supervisor to reduce the Notice period.

Bro if you are getting a role in ETRM/CTRM department at Mindtree, go for it. It's the booming market and the chances of layoffs is zero till you work in the industry.
