What should I choose
I am from Mumbai and working as an Oracle ebs technical consultant having 3+ years of experience.
Currently I am having 3 offers in hand.

TCS - 8.30 Lakh fixed + 70k var = 9 LPA Total All days working from the office Location - Mumbai

Accenture - 8 Lakh fixed + 1.7 Lakh var = 9.7 Hybrid model Location - Mumbai

Oracle - 14.70 all fixed Hybrid Model Location - Bangalore
Should I relocate to Bangalore or go with either TCS or Accenture ?

dont even think to go to tcs or Accenture . Many people here are on the bench only. You will not learn anything here. Oracle is a great product based organisation to work with.
