CGI : 11 Lpa fixed + 1.5 variable

Yoe : 2.10

For a AI/NLP post till now I have two offers, almost similar. 1 Publicis Sapient - Doddanekundi Circle 2 Tech Mahindra (Makers lab) - In electronic city

Hi all, please help me decide to chose from the offers below. Currently infosys at 13.9 lpa. Current experience 4.5 yrs.

1. Publicis Sapient - 22.7 lpa, 5% variable. Hybrid, Bangalore.
2. EPAM Anywhere - 21 lpa, all fixed. Remote.

Need your advice. Having total 6+ yrs with 3+ years in Salesforce. CCTC - 17 including 15% variable. Current offers:

• Accenture : Tech Lead 29 lpa (23 fixed+ 6 variable)
• Salesforce India : Senior Technical Consultant 33 lpa (30 fixed+...
