Hi all, please help me decide to chose from the offers below. Currently infosys at 13.9 lpa. Current experience 4.5 yrs.

  1. Publicis Sapient - 22.7 lpa, 5% variable. Hybrid, Bangalore.
  2. EPAM Anywhere - 21 lpa, all fixed. Remote.

You heard absolutely correct. In almost 2 year I didn’t get a single paisa hike. I joined as lateral in 22. Got almost 50% back then.

I guess EPAM sounds better since it is remote and does not have a variable component (Never trust company’s variable components).

What is your experience level ?

Make sure EPAM have a client and project for you. The salary is different if you are on bench.
