Need Guidance on how to study to switch.

I currently work in a service based company. I work in the innovation division where POCs are built and the work is mostly involving GenAI. Although there is some web dev work too. But tech stack is python frameworks and React mostly. Although I know MERN stack development personally.

I aim to switch to a product based company by the same time next year(Feb). I wanted to know how can I do it?

I have prior knowledge of DSA, when I did it in college. But honestly, I'm very average at it. I will have approx. 1.5yrs experience by next Feb. Do I have to prepare for LLD and HLD as well? If yes, what are some good resources?

Also had a doubt that I have a more AI inclined role rn. Would that cause problems while switching to a generic SDE role? Or do I have to target only AI roles and there is no chance for other ones.

Thanks in Advance
