Need guidance

So I have 2+ years of experience in tech field as a full stack developer for 1 year and as a back end developer for another year.

Now I am at a where I need to switch. But I am not very good at DSA, I find it non interesting and a bit difficult.

Can you suggest me ways to grow myself so that I can feel confident enough to switch? Also can I switch without DSA ? Jahan dekho wahan sirf DSA hi DSA and it’s frightening 😰
