Need advise on developing and growth in career road map
Hi I am working as a production cum application support role currently but fed up with the rotational shift in each company plus their micro management and politics.
Can you Folks advise me a career roadmap to develop myself in few months? So confused. Any skills any technologies Any certifications I can acquire to achieve my goal in a short time?
Currently feeling like I am just wasting my energy with a bad team, every day returning home with a stressful brain. From out side I am not getting any calls with my current skills and experience.
Internet/ youtube making my mind more blundered to decide the path. I never followed a shortcut to achieve anything in my career but at this moment I am looking to pitch myself in few months only.

I was at the same stage, am getting normal salary but not any growth in my career, i was wasting my time in youtube , i couldn’t resist from that, but now i reduce screen time and i cut my youtube time, use incognito mode and search the content ( only study) and close it. Now am able to focus but not as before but am keep on trying to focus, coming to point, you could do certification and other stuff but before that check your seniors what they study or which domain you love to work, you need to follow that, automatically you would see growth in near future, remember that CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY, dont stop learning
