What's the most toxic incident you've come across at your workplace?
It can be either a strange workplace policy, an altercation with a manager or absolutely anything else.
I had a good placement but the job didn't interest me much so I was let go after internship. I started job search and landed in a recruitment domain product based company in amd. The hr there (a bad name) hired me at cheap price despite 2m funding.
This asshole hr always use to poke nose in everything and was toxic to everybody. Finally I got an offer to switch and hr made everything worse he was extremely toxic and argued about me leaving.
Finally it was between a sbc or current company both offereing same package (higher than my current salary) but current company wanted a bond. I signed the bond as my work manager was good and company was product based but things could have gone much smoother had the hr not been an asshole. I probably had 5-6 fights with him across 8 months. Perfect doofus, if you're reading this fuck you Malek mahammadsakir, stay jobless.
Now I get it that I should move on and focus on getting better packages and better work but just wanted to rant a little.
