Worst experience with the interview process. Attended 2 technical rounds and was informed i cleared both. They asked for all documents before the HR round salary discussion and i had submitted them as well. Then got an email for HR round discussion but no one joined the meeting other than me, then it was scheduled the next day again no one joined and they keep saying they will keep it soon. At least if there is a budget issue to provide my expected salary just say so and move on. But scheduling interviews and rescheduling without proper reason and any proper response is totally unprofessional. No more follow ups with such people who don't value others time.
I have lost interest even if they offer the same package I requested. Has anyone else faced such issues with mindtree?
