Same boat... 5 to 7percent for OC, 3 to 5 for KC and 1 to 3 for CC... Problem with this org is they don't have ethics and policies...

I am switching to LTIMindtree. I am informed that 2LPA is variable and I will get it twice as every year. HR also said I will get 100% variable since compny is doing well. Is it true? How are the hikes here in LTIMindtree?
