I recently enabled open to work on my profile, Got immediate responses from recruiters, They show so much interest saying “ Your skill set, experience is amazing and this is exactly what we are looking at our company, please share your resume and we can take this forward “ I get all hyped and share my resume, and I get no response back. Almost 5-10 recruiters have ghosted me like this. I follow up multiple times asking for any update. And I get no response. They don’t even say “ I have forwarded your profile to the HM and we’ll get back to you “
