Off late, I have started to find much more openings in Pune/Mumbai and Hyderabad area as compared to NCR. BLR always had more job opportunities.
Do folks who get a jobs in Delhi NCR don’t ever leave or is it that companies have started to move out of Delhi NCR ?

I have been in a rewarding career in Chennai for about a decade. Came in as a fresher but now married and have 2 kids. Have an option to move to Noida now. Given cultural differences, elder kid now finds it difficult to adjust at school....
Be honest, NCR people .. do you guys really choose blr,Hyd if given choice b/w NCR and Blr,Hyd. If yes, why?
