Life is becoming tiring
I have been working in the corporate world for the past 4years. I am a 2023 grad, yes 4years wont be counted then since it was an internship, but I worked my ass off during my internship time as well. Coming from a middle class family, my father retired when I was in my 1st year. I had to support my family. Was managing my college and internship during my 3rd and 4th year. Came to Bangalore after my college and I have been here for the past 2years. Right now, I don’t know why, but all these things , every moment makes me feel tiring. I am not a very socially loud person, and my social life in Bangalore has been terrible. I get a feeling everyday that I am becoming more of a machine with a fixed schedule. I used to love coding. But right now i dont enjoy doing it. My passion for it is fading away and I dont want that to happen. I have been diagnosed with cholesterol and fatty liver and i am just 24yrs old. Months after months I am just following the same routine, doing the same thing. I am not enjoying it anymore. Plus the tension of sustaining family back in hometown also piles up. I know there are others, may be struggling far more than me. But i think I am not able to handle this anymore. Pls help me understand how do you guys help yourself in this kindof days

Dude just go for walk get morning sun. Test vitamin d level. Frgt everything. 4 years is just counted as fresher. Get your health back. Everything will work out automatically.
Also, it's good u r helping and taking care of your family. U mentioned ur dad is Retired he must have his savings. Don't b so burdened that u mess up ur health.
Get ur health back n then look for better switch

If you are earning peanuts and that is causing issues, switch to better paying job. Spending on parents should never be an issue because that should anyway be small amount only, if it is eating up your salary too much, just switch.
And don’t work too much, find ways to enjoy, this world is full of happiness inducing hobbies/activities, so it will be silly if someone says he can’t find even one.
If you think your feeling issues could be medical/hormonal related, you can get relevant medical checkups done too.

I'm also in a similar situation. I feel your life is a mirror of mine. I don't know if this helps, but here are few things I'm doing to fix my life
- Visited a doctor. Started taking supplements to get more energy. Do any physical activity - your health is #1 priority. Ik it's difficult to make time, I feel hypocritical saying this because I also struggle to get my daily dose of physical activity but it's non negotiable
- Start grinding projects/leet. It's hard. It's difficult to find time to study to change jobs after being in the rut, but you have to do it.
- Take days off. Don't push yourself too hard. Meditate and CALM down.
Friend, never lose hope. I was very poor and had to look after my family before joining here. I face the same struggles as you, but NEVER LOSE HOPE. Don't give up.
