Joining PBC

I have been working in the sbc for the last two years and worked in backend majorly. And many times due to smaller projects transition to new tech stack was quite stress full

I have some basic idea about the new stack . Would like to know how much time do they give to get familiar with new stack it will be my first switch so if someone could share there experiences as well
