switch from service based to product based

I am Currently working as a Frontend Developer at a startup and I have 3 years of experience. I am trying a lot to switch to a PBC but the thing is I am not getting calls from PBC even after taking referrals for n no. of companies. Can you give me some suggestions for that along with things I should focus on for interviews that can help me for a switch.
