I just got an offer from coinbase but seeing the reviews on glassdoor and stuff I’m very sceptical. The salary they are offering is insane. However seeing the company history and whole marketspace its not convincing enough.
Any thoughts?
The recruiter reached out and I didn’t clear the (very weird) personality test. But they pay top of market and it’s remote. Worth going for it but be careful since it’s very trigger happy with layoffs
When crypto was down last year they laid off a lot of folks repeatedly. So do join with caution.
But tbh every company does layoffs now and its not news. Coinbase is remote and they pay hefty package so i would take it if i were you.
Make hay while the sunshines. Worse case it’ll be a short stint
