Is it safe?

i recently joined EY India LLP as a senior tech consultant 2 months back, I'm still on bench and appeared in 4 client interviews but unable to crack. I'm feeling a bit insecure now. Do I need to start looking outside? Or I'm safe on the bench?

Start looking as they can put you in pip then laid off asap, so start looking asap. Otherwise they may ask you to put down papers.
