Infosys:Am I safe?
Im a tech lead and Im average when it comes to deliveries.
I was removed from a project after 5 months because of non-performance and a non-technical manager.I got a negative review in my first iCount.
I got shifted to another project within 2days.
This is my first year at Infosys which will get over in September. Current manager is also non technical and is always pressurizing. I have 9y of experience. There is work on weekends also mostly in this project.
I would want a work life balance project,but there is no choice of being a chooser in Infosys is what I know.
But I don't want to leave Infosys as I have made lot of switches. I want to excel but at the same time want work life balance and onsite.

Leave the job immediately..lot of switches shouldn’t matter if you aren’t comfortable IMO
Are there companies which see efforts rather than results and have compassionate management. I mean it should be a happy and safe job
And to top it you want onsite, best of luck, sounds like you joined infosys from smaller services company just for onsite. You are struggling now because of too much of work, looks like a choice you made which turned out to be a mistake
