Is Grapevine only for Tech & IT Folks?

I have a friends who are doctors. When I met them yesterday, I brought up Grapevine somehow. Aftee going through they app, they wish they had something like this. Can we add sections/communities for other sectors?

Trust me they also have pretty spicy stuff, which pharma company is paying doctors for endorsing their medicines, which hospital chain is paying more, etc.

They're busy so are many tech roles as well. She has enough time to talk to me, and follow insta trends, so yeah I guess doctors can spend some time on Grapevine too
