Is corporate politics really evitable?
I've literally tried exploring every way to avoid getting into corporate politics and also tried not to be diplomatic. I always have been nice to my colleagues but seems like being nice isn't working. By some way or the other I get engaged into the politics which I've not started nor I've permitted anyone to involve me into it.
I'm trying to figure out ways to overcome this issue where I can manage my mental wellbeing and also let everyone live peacefully.
Has anyone ever got successful in overcoming this thing? If yes, then mention your way of dealing with the CORPORATE POLITICS.
