Interview panic

I usually panic before an interview and end up not attending it at all or postponing it. Even after preparing I feel under pressure and get performance anxiety. How can I tackle this? I’m always worried about what they’ll ask and if I don’t answer properly what will they think of me, I get such intrusive thoughts. And even after preparing I always feel like I have not prepared well enough.

Please don’t do this. This happens because you are expecting a lot from the interviews. Overthinking just adds fuel to the fire. Don’t expect anything first of all. And be prepared to face rejections. It is okay to get rejected but you gotta try first. Otherwise you’ll never succeed.

Rejections are a part of life. Embrace it. Either you learn from it or you ignore it, the choice is yours. :)

How do you have peace of mind in interviews?

In general my mind works decently well, but in interviews I'm having a mind block and not able to think through. I start getting tensed the moment I feel I gave the wrong answer and screw up the remaining interview. Any suggestions on ho...
