Impossible to find a Full Stack role in 2024 being an entry level developer

I have been in Bangalore for a year working in the MERN stack and since my role in contractual ( 1.5 years specifically ), I am actively looking for jobs and finding it tough to land an interview, I don't know how the other people are doing that I am wrong, I would appreciate any help or referrals in case any of your company if hiring.
