I am completely in shock, awe and disgust with how people are being mistreated in the company with no fault of their own. Just because you belong to a specific vertical you will be targeted/ not taken seriously.
Especially people have commented on the competency of people here. Let me assure you they are one of the smartest people who make sense. It is almost like the inner circle is overpowering the smart folks.
Most good folks are leaving or have left already. Those left are clear B-players and the culture is becoming like a cesspool. What should I do now?

At Paytm, What teams/functions do you think have more say and what teams are treated like second class citizens? I have felt this in another Fintech too, where every credit went to Product and Tech while Business & Risk were blamed for every shortfall.
