I'm gonna have to quit my job that I started a week and half ago

So I just started this new role as a Frontend dev in a startup. But during these past weeks, I've gotten a much, much better offer from a bigger, mid-sized company. It's fully remote, and no way I'm letting this opportunity go.

How should I approach quitting after just joining? I've met most of the teams and the Director himself took an interest in me, giving me my own project. Do I have to serve the notice? It's mentioned in my offer letter - 3 weeks notice during probation.

Quit and ask for immediate release. If they don't agree, then send a formal mail and stop going to office or answering them and forgo your 2 weeks salary and start working for new company

You seem to have a lot of experience ghosting companies soon after joining 😂

Ideally have a conversation. Tell them about the opportunity and do not take any salary. You don’t want this coming up in your pf records. End it very amicably because the world is a small place.

Telling manager about serving notice period

Just got a decent offer, considering a switch. Not sure how to approach manager (also co-founder) with this news.

Context:

  1. Org has no clear set of rules/policies, but I heard notice period is usually 1 month. My joining date is 1....
