How to keep your motivation high in your job switch journey ?

I know in job switch rejection is a part of the process but sometimes when you have high hopes for a company, which you want to join and you get rejected in the last round or in between rounds in that situation it feels very bad and it becomes very difficult to keep your momentum for a while and it affects your performance in other interviews and in your current company work also. Can you guys share your experience in these situations and how to handle these situations ?
