How to get the MBA temperament

I'm a Tier 2/3 MBA grad (not sure if it's 2 or 3), but central university

Recently my contract was terminated and have been spiraling since then. Even considered taking up intern roles. No reason tbh

My position is comfortable as expenses are limited and have about 6 months of funds.

On hindsight, I think it is a great opportunity to flip my story, to never be in such a position But brain feels fogged, really want this MBA brain to be put to work

Can you help?

It's a constant flurry of A/B tests, when it comes to job searches. Try to make sense of what worked in your approaches in the past, and make adjustments as you go.
If you have a portfolio of work, that's even better. (Even a Notion microsite will do). People hate reading resumés I think. If you have clarity based on sector and function, that's a great start.
Better to have your effort funneled in a particular direction instead of carpet bombing.

I am a generalist. I have some projects I have developed on side and clubbed them into a website But still not sure on one direction, I can do many things and still not able to pin point 😕

Great that you have a website as proof of work. I think you'd be a great fit for founder's office/CoS roles. Keep an eye out for COO's office, CEO's office roles from conglomerates, or older companies. They do come out with such roles from time to time.

APM should help i guess?
Not sure about your background but as you said Intern roles are also fine.

Oh sorry, I should have mentioned. 6.5 years work experience
To consider intern roles now may seem a step back

You don’t need to. BA roles should be the target may be.

Very simple, understand the background of the person whom you are speaking to. Focus on topic he/she wont understand. For eg- Am a mechanical engineer + MBA from T2. When i speak to the technical team i focus on the financial aspects. When i speak to the Management / team i focus on the technical aspects.

Where are you based out of? How about trying to reach out founders of early stage startups?

I have done my MBA from a tier 3 institute and find it a little difficult to make into strategic positions in my organisation.

Has anyone found themselves in a similar situation in the past ? If yes then what was your roadmap to get ...
