Need help deciding a career move. I'm a PM-1 earning 12 LPA fixed.

Hi everybody,

I'm a 2024 B.Tech graduate, working as a PM-1 in a B2B startup. My fixed comp is around 12 LPA with a little more yearly bonuses.

Lately, I've been feeling negative about my growth prospects here. I have little ownership of major product areas and my manager forces me to do gruntwork ALL THE TIME.

I am just a tier -3 B.Tech graduate and do not have an MBA or such. But if I wanted to switch, how do the opportunities look like currently?

PS: My manager is EXTREMELY toxic, and has never appreciated me in the last 2 years for all the good work that I've done but constantly nitpicks my mistakes, and reprimands me over it.
