I have been following Ritesh Agarwal since I was in college. Have been quite impressed by his humility inspite of all the success he has achieved at such a young age.

He is very different than advertised. Worked in Oyo for 3 years. That organisation is an investor led company. Masa's mission becomes a mission for the organisation. Little Ritesh could do there. SRN (supply growth) growth became a perversion rather than mission, leading to predatory sales, mis sales, toxic environment.
Oyo work culture and sales practises have been under the scanner for quite some time. Company aside, how's Ritesh different from what is shown in the media?
I guess Ritesh would have a role in Oyo's direction as he owns about a third of the company.

Has anyone worked directly with him? He seems to be extremely down to earth and a wonderful person atleast in his interviews and Shark Tank. Is he like this in professional life/real life? Any sneak peeks to his work routine/behaviour etc?
